Formed in Central New York when James VanDeuson reunited with childhood friends Jim Hearn and Kyle Dennis in the spring of 2020. The Rollin' Rust blends folk, blues, bluegrass, roots, and country into road-tested Americana. Shortly after the pandemic shutdown, the trio decided to become a professional outfit, touring right out of the box— recording their debut LP live, building a loyal following, and eventually retrofitting a school bus to take the show on the road. Now joined by their beloved bassist Nash Robb and newest member Cam Fitch on Keys, they are making some serious waves across the U.S.
The Rollin' Rust is currently touring their sophomore record, Southern Sun.
